WHAT IS THE H.E.R.O PROGRAM
 

The HERO Program is a comprehensive training initiative designed to prepare future law enforcement professionals for success. Built on the values of Honor, Excellence, Resilience, and Operational Readiness, the program develops candidates who are physically prepared, mentally resilient, and committed to serving with integrity.

 

Participants will engage in structured fitness training, scenario-based exercises, mindset development, and mentorship from experienced professionals. The focus is not only on meeting the requirements of recruitment and academy training, but also on cultivating the leadership, discipline, and character that define a true HERO.

 

This program goes beyond preparation — it builds future officers who embody honor in service, excellence in performance, resilience under pressure, and readiness for the challenges ahead.

Shuttle Run Training Program

The Shuttle Run Training Program is a structured membership-based program designed to prepare candidates for the 20-metre shuttle run (beep test) — a mandatory component of police fitness testing across Canada. This program focuses on building the cardiovascular endurance, speed, and resilience needed to not only meet but exceed testing standards. Program Features: Membership-Based Access – Join as a member to benefit from ongoing structured training and progress tracking. Twice-Weekly Sessions – Training runs every Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Progressive Interval Training – Gradual conditioning to improve stamina and running efficiency. Agility & Turning Drills – Practice explosive direction changes to mirror test requirements. Breathing & Pacing Strategies – Learn techniques to manage energy and maintain rhythm through higher levels. Strength & Conditioning Support – Complementary exercises to enhance leg power, endurance, and core stability. Mock Test Assessments – Regular practice tests to track improvement and boost confidence under test conditions. By participating in this program, members will not only prepare to pass the shuttle run but also develop the endurance, discipline, and mental toughness required for academy training and a career in law enforcement. Filming option available ($120)

Elite Police Fitness Program

The Elite Police Fitness Program is designed for individuals preparing to enter law enforcement careers and facing physical testing such as the PIN, PREP, FITCO, RCMP fitness testing, and OPC requirements. This program focuses on developing the strength, endurance, agility, and resilience needed to perform at a high level in both testing and real-world scenarios. Program Highlights: Targeted Strength Training – Build full-body power with a focus on functional movements that translate directly to test performance. Cardiovascular Conditioning – Improve endurance and recovery to excel in timed runs, shuttle testing (beep test), and high-intensity circuits. Agility & Mobility Work – Enhance movement efficiency and injury prevention with drills that mirror law enforcement testing standards. Test-Specific Preparation – Direct training for PIN, PREP, FITCO, RCMP, and OPC assessments to ensure you’re test-ready. Resilience & Mindset Coaching – Develop the mental toughness needed to push through physical and psychological barriers. Flexible Scheduling – Access to training is offered through multiple time slots each week. Participants must purchase packages to secure their sessions and maintain consistent progress. This program is built to take you beyond passing — it prepares you to stand out as a candidate who embodies strength, discipline, and readiness for service.

P.R.E.P Test Program

The PrepTest program gives clients the chance to complete a full practice assessment under the guidance of experienced trade professionals. Participants receive hands-on coaching, expert feedback, and personalized tips to help them perform at their best on game day. Whether it’s refining technique, improving timing, or building confidence, PrepTest prepares clients to face their challenge with focus and skill. A filming option included, allowing clients to review their performance or forward it directly to the requesting police service.

Virtual Program

The Virtual Program gives applicants the flexibility to train from anywhere. Participants can join live guided workouts or access a library of pre-recorded sessions to complete on their own schedule. These workouts are intense and designed to hold each client accountable, helping them supplement in-person training, build strength, improve endurance, and stay on track with their fitness goals anytime, anywhere.

PIN Test Program

The PIN Test program guides clients through the full PIN assessment, providing step-by-step instruction, expert tips, and strategies to help them succeed. Participants receive hands-on guidance to build confidence, improve performance, and feel prepared for the test.
